Description
I need to create a separate folder on the GitHub where we store code for creating the public/default annotation tables. I’ll eventually set this up. This should also describe how these files are made.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by inspecting the repository structure and locating the existing public/default annotation tables, then determine where generation code and its documentation belong. Done means the separate folder exists, the table-generation process is described, and the intended code organization is agreed.
