Search option not working on columns where i use dataFormat

Hi Allen,
I have a date coming from back end in format eg:"30 Mar 2018 02:47 PM" , i am changing it to new format eg: "30 march 18 14:00 "using dataFormat ={this.changeDateFormat} method . If i type 14:00 in my search field . it doesn't show up anything . but if i type original value "02:47" rows get filtered and show that particular row. How to make search work on altered column values.
