isosurface does not crop to roi crop region (3d viewer)

## Description

When I limit the X Y Z range of a cell I'm viewing and then I play around with what surfaces I'm selecting, I see things change outside of the X Y Z range I'm trying to look at

## Expected Behavior

everything cropped to ROI

## Reproduction

Select a cell > Limit the X or Y or Z range being viewed underneath the cell > play around with what surfaces are selected under channel settings

I expect that when I'm only viewing a certain amount of the cell, the surfaces shown should also be limited to that area, but that isn't what happens? When I select / unselect volumes under channel settings, it does behave as I would expect
