## Use Case
Allow users to upload their own recipe files and run a packing from the cellpack studio UI
## Acceptance Criteria
- button allowing users to browse their local file system to select a recipe file
- display recipe JSON in cellpack studio (no editable fields)
- allow user to run packing (send recipe to server with some checks)
- if packing is successful, display result simularium file and allow user to download outputs
- if packing fails, display meaningful error messaging
