## Description

When loading landing page, megaset order can be different every time you reload.

## Expected Behavior

I would expect us to be able to specify the order and have them appear in a sensible order and the same every time.

## Reproduction

See the recent variance datasets at cfe.allencell.org under the megaset named variance_nature.
