Auto-load csv when switching from curation to training

When a user switches from curation to training, csv files are not auto-loaded into input data for training. We should auto load these so user does not have to select these from their ml-seg directory.
Whenever we can detect that a curated dataset is available for an experiment- auto load the csvs.
