Description
Currently we must select a training dataset which is a folder that contains `test.csv`, `valid.csv`, and `train.csv`. We should be able to select a folder of images and automatically generate from it a training, test, and validation dataset from it, and we should be able to select a single csv which contains test, validation, and training datasets
