Description

Issue description: Crash whenever i create a new dimension and i charge it up in the dimension builder (when it hits 99% it just freeze my game forever) and when i log back the dimlet is bugged it shows "-1 rf stored" and the world isn't generated

I posted it first in the Rftools Github, he told me the cause was your mod, so i tried removing it and test, and he was right, so for now i'll just play without but it's unfortunate haha atleast i send this here in hope you could fix it for everyone :)

Research direction

Begin with the attached crash log and the reported interaction between AllTheModium and RFTools' Dimension Builder. Reproduce the issue using allthemodium-2.1.6 on Minecraft 1.19.2 with Forge 43.2.11, then trace the failure when charging reaches 99%. Done means the dimension finishes generating without freezing and the dimlet no longer reports “-1 rf stored”.
