Add support for OIDC JWT signing algorithms: EdDSA with curve Ed25519

### Description of the feature / 需求描述

Currently, I got the following error when configuring alist with Pocket-ID. It looks like alist only supports rs256 and I'm using an Ed25519 key in Pocket-ID. It would be nice if you can add suppor for this. Thank you
