duplicati 备份到 115open webdav 报错 403，本地代理正常，WebDAV 权限已开通

### Describe the bug / 问题描述

首先说下抱歉，不能保证是 alist 的问题，也可能是 duplicati 的问题，因为我在其他工具里挂载 WebDAV 可以上传和下载文件，只有 duplicati 会报错 HttpRequestException: Response status code does not indicate success: 403 (Forbidden).

我已经在 duplicati 提交了 [issue](https://github.com/duplicati/duplicati/issues/6183)，**在这里也提一遍是因为把 115open 改为本地代理就没这个报错了**，还是有可能跟 alist 有关


另外补充下，已经搜索到部分 issue 提到类似问题，是 WebDAV 权限没开，我这里已确认权限全部打开：


### Reproduction / 复现链接

1. alist 添加 115open
2. duplicati 添加备份任务，目的地设置为 alist 的 WebDAV 地址，输入用户名密码后点击测试链接，就会触发报错。不测试，直接保存，尝试运行备份，也会报错。
3. alist 修改 115open 为本地代理
4. 重复 2，不再报错，可正常运行备份

docker 部署，除 /opt/alist/data 挂载到主机外，其他配置全部保持默认
