### Describe the bug / 问题描述

115开放平台存储突然失效，无法读取列表，删除115开放平台存储并重新添加时出现错误：
Failed init storage but storage is already created: failed init storage: code: 0, message:

Update：目前发现是使用rclone挂载在本地就会出现，关闭rclone挂载后，一段时间会恢复正常，但是一旦rclone 挂载会点击文件或文件夹立马出现failed get objs: failed to list objs: code: 0, message:，之前的版本rclone挂载本地未出现该问题
