Docker 部署.
从夸克驱动(会员SVIP )复制到本地驱动时候, 会遇到 ERROR: "http: server gave HTTP response to HTTPS client"

1. 复制https链接, 在本地机器可以下载. 没有问题
2. 多次重试, 有机会成功(1/10次+)
