移动云盘无法跨网盘秒传

### Describe the bug / 问题描述

目前移动云盘都要用新个人云驱动了，在上传过程中发生一个问题，任务显示在运行中，但是一直没有上传速度，仅有一次上传一个 **全职高手之荣耀巅峰.mp4 3.54G**的文件时，直接秒传到网盘，是不是目前的接口会像使用移动云盘windows客户端一样，较大的文件都会先进行校验，在决定上传还是秒传，但是这个耗时非常久，很影响使用体验，有大佬可以修一下不
