希望可以设置视频预览的默认播放速度，而不是每次播放一个视频时都手动调整

目前播放视频都是1.0倍速，手动调整后，播完到下一个时，仍然会变回来1.0。希望可以设置默认播放速度，或者自动使用上一个视频的倍速
