关于alist从3.36.0升级到3.37.1以后的问题求教

### Describe the bug / 问题描述

我在bash脚本中加入了URL下载软件，在bash脚本下的URL下载文件没有问题，在bash脚本通过管道传输的文件，在读取传输过来的文件里的URL地址下载文件就会提示“下载文件服务器资源异常”错误码“500”，我用alistv3.36.0版本的时候是没有这个问题的，（只有alist换版本了，别的任何都没变），想知道是不是alist新版本加如了什么新的安全机制，
