希望增加本地挂载功能

### Description of the feature / 需求描述

Windows上像本地磁盘一样，挂载到本地，安卓上可以通过root权限挂载到本地，这样一些好用的视频播放器就能使用了，例如mxplayer，它只支持本地和smb，网页上跳转到播放器体验并不好，而且只能一个一个的播放，不能播放整个列表，其他的支持webdav的播放器总没有完美好用的，解码能力不行，功耗还高
