Cloudflare alist-proxy for Crypt drivers

### Description of the feature / 需求描述

Cloudflare alist-proxy doesn't work with Crypt drivers. I asked in the telegram group if this was a bug or intended and someone said it has to be implemented but it's "low priority". I hope this is taken into consideration more seriously because if it only works with native proxy it consumes too much server bandwidth while streaming.

Adapt alist-proxy to work with Crypt drivers.
