Treatment of spatiality

Spans in the schema can represent networks, and attributes can give agents a continuous position (or grid positions, such as the Game of Life), so it's possible to represent space with ordinary ACSets. But should we go beyond this to treat space as special? If so, how?

One particular shortcoming of the attributes for continuous position is that we lack the ability to express the query for all agents within radius $r$.
