Indicate that doublet columns will be NA if scDblFinder failed

Description
In https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/scpca-nf/pull/1322, we made a change to account for failures in `scDblFinder`. If it fails, columns will be present but have `NA`. We should make a note of this in the SCE contents page in the docs.
