Description
For easier installation by users who use `conda` as their virtual environment manager of choice (i.e. me), it would be nice to have a conda installation recipe available. The most logical place for this would be as part of the [bioconda](https://bioconda.github.io) channel. While I have never done this for a package myself, it looks like once you have a `PyPi` recipe, as we do, the rest should be pretty straightforward.

Research direction
Start with the existing PyPI recipe and the Bioconda contributor workflow linked in the issue, then identify the package metadata needed for a Bioconda recipe. Done means a valid refinebio-py recipe is submitted to Bioconda and the conda installation path is available to users.
