Draft a plan for including API client usage examples as advanced topics

Related to #139

We wanted to include 3 examples for each API client (currently Python and command line) in the advanced usage section of these examples this year. We have some example usage in the [pyrefinebio docs](https://alexslemonade.github.io/refinebio-py/index.html). A key difference here might be that those steps will be more "integrated" into an analysis (or not). We might also consider touching on #288 here.

This issue is to track coming up with an actionable plan to accomplish this goal!
