[Idea/Discussion] Tips for cleaning metadata section

There's a lot of things that are metadata specific that users will have to figure out themselves if they switch to a different dataset.

But do we have tips to offer them that we might want to make its own section? Perhaps a few code examples of handy ways to clean metadata that we have found useful?

This could be put at the end with the future glossary section #117

Review the existing metadata section and the related future glossary issue #117. The issue names no files or tests; done would require an agreed scope for the tips section and useful metadata-cleaning examples.
