refine.bio readthedocs page title doesn't reflect current version

When looking at some docs on https://refinebio-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html I noticed that the page `` doesn't reflect the version as shown in the left navbar.

This seems to be set here:

Though to be honest I'm not sure if we need a version number in the title at all.

Start in docs/conf.py at the referenced line and compare the HTML page title with the version shown in the left navigation on the Read the Docs page. Decide whether the title should include the current version or omit it, then verify that the rendered title and navigation agree with the chosen behavior.
