Create an individual metaprogram report

After identifying the optimal value of k in #22, we need to create a report that summarizes the optimal metaprograms. We should use some of the plots that are included in the `ews-nf` version, but we also may want to revisit some of the plots. For now, we should include a barebones version of this and we can iterate on it later.
