Use newest models in package

Over in https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/medulloblastoma-classifier/, we trained new kTSP and RF models using a more up-to-date version of R/Bioconductor. This Epic tracks updating the package to use them.

Begin by reviewing the current package state and the linked medulloblastoma-classifier repository, focusing on the newer kTSP and RF models. Done means releasing the current state as 0.1.0, updating the package and documentation to use the new models, and cutting a 0.2.0 release.
