Description

This might be more of a "future thoughts" situation that we revisit after we get some reps in. We expect our team may be responsible for the tasks immediately following (or preceding... it will probably depend on the module, availability, etc.) a pull request going in, like creating a Docker container + adding it to the Docker builder pipeline. This doc under **Creating Pull Requests** might tell participants about how that works.

Research direction

Start with the documentation under “Creating Pull Requests” and review how Docker containers and the Docker builder pipeline are currently handled. Clarify which post-PR tasks the team owns, then document the agreed workflow and responsibilities so participants know what happens after submission.
