Update immune cell types file in `cell-type-consensus`

I noticed that we have a file [`consensus-immune-celltypes.tsv`](https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/OpenScPCA-analysis/blob/main/analyses/cell-type-consensus/references/consensus-immune-cell-types.tsv) that has not been updated since we updated the consensus cell types to include `SCimilarity`. This was generated manually when we were doing some exploratory analysis on the Brain and CNS samples.

We were using this to generate the immune barplot in the paper (but I'm hoping to remove that dependency in https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/scpca-paper-figures/pull/397). I'm not able to find any other scenarios where we use the file, but just in case, we should make sure it is up to date.
