[BUG]: hf installed but not found on model pull

When running a model pull via TUI I'm getting: `Error: hf not found. Install it with: uv tool install 'huggingface_hub[cli]'` although I have a hf installed.

It's happening on Qwen3.5 models eg. `lmstudio-community/Qwen3-Coder-30B-A3B-Instruct-MLX-8bit`
