Add All Necessary UI Elements - Testing Environment

The testing environment is missing some vital elements which need to convey information about the players and the game.

These small elements need to be added:
- A dealer button to show current player positions.
- The amount of money each player has.

Neither of these need to change while running but can be adjusted by the user.
