説明
Aside from a "manual" ticking executor, a futures based one should be implemented too. Since this is not needed for Bevy, this is not a big priority. It's mostly just to verify that the current executor/scheduler model works in another environment too.
- The executor should define a target tickrate for continuous tasks.
