Description

When you boot from UEFI and click get started, it wont let you continue without an internet connection
When you boot from legacy BIOS though, it will let you continue without internet but after you click install thoriumOS on this device, it will fail after about 5 minutes into the installation process.
Lets say you are in a situation where you dont have internet, in this case you wont be able to install thoriumOS.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the installer flow described for UEFI and legacy BIOS, first without an internet connection. Trace the installer entry point reached by “get started” and “install thoriumOS on this device”; done means ThoriumOS can be installed offline through both boot paths without the reported failure.
