### Background Information
On the mobile fact-checking screen, when clicking to set a classification, a second selection component unexpectedly appears, forcing the user to choose the classification again.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a speech.
2. Start the fact-checking process.
3. Set a classification.
4. Observe that a second modal or select component appears, asking for the classification again.

### Expected Behavior
After the user selects a classification for the first time, the selection should be saved and confirmed. No additional selection components or redundant modals should appear.

### Environment
* **Device:** Mobile
* **Feature:** Fact-checking Classification
