The **TOPICS** on the Verification Request full page are positioned well below the initial viewport. This requires the user to scroll excessively to fin information that is crucial to the context of the verification request, making it difficult to discover the content.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit the full verification request page.
2. Note that the topics section is not displayed in the initial viewport (above the fold).
3. Scroll down the page to locate the section.
4. Note that the current positioning requires excessive scrolling, placing it outside the user’s immediate field of view.
