Enhancement: Add filters to the repository page

### Background Information

Currently, the repository page does not provide advanced filtering or sorting options. Users are unable to filter claims by date range or type of affirmation. This limits usability and makes it harder to navigate and analyze repository data efficiently.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Access the repository page.
2. Attempt to filter claims by a specific date range.
3. Attempt to filter claims by type of affirmation.
4. Attempt to sort claims by oldest or newest.
5. Notice that these filtering and sorting options are not available.

### How

Implement filtering and sorting features on the repository page, including:
1. A date-range filter to allow users to select a start and end date.
2. A type of affirmation filter to filter claims by their category/type, such as Discurso, Imagem, Debate, and Informação Geral.
3. A sorting option to order results by oldest first and newest first.
Ensure that the filters can work together (combined filtering) and that the UI clearly reflects active filters.
