Change Kanban default sort to show most recent first

**Description:**
The Kanban board should display the most recent items at the top by default to improve workflow efficiency.

**Acceptance Criteria:**
- Change default sort order to show newest items first
- Apply this across all columns
- Maintain user's ability to manually reorder if needed
