Bug: Error 500 when deleting claim

### Background Information

When deleting a claim, when reloading the page, we encounter Error 500.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in platform;
2. Create a new claim or enter an existing one;
3. Delete this claim;
Note: When deleting, the page returns 500

We expect that when a claim is deleted, the user will be redirected to the main page, and the deleted claim will be removed from the database.
