Do a search in the platform and click in the result coming from a debate

### Expected behaviour
It should redirect to the debate page and maybe even go to the section where the claim is and highlight it. [Here's an example](https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T356701#10191750).

### Actual behaviour
Redirects to a 404 page.
