Bug: User can't add an URL that ends with .aspx

### Background Information

It seem that the default "[type URL](https://github.com/react-component/async-validator#type)" of our current antd version is failing for some valid URLs.

### Steps to Reproduce

Attempt to insert the following links to a fact-checking report:
- https://www.portugal.gov.pt/download-ficheiros/ficheiro.aspx?v=%3d%3dBQAAAB%2bLCAAAAAAABAAzNDazMAQAhxRa3gUAAAA%3d
- https://www.portugal.gov.pt/download-ficheiros/ficheiro.aspx?v=%3d%3dBQAAAB%2bLCAAAAAAABAAzNDEyNgEApqka1wUAAAA%3d
