Bug: Layout Misalignment After Typing and Report Submission

### Background Information

It has been identified that after filling out and submitting the report, an alteration and misalignment occur in the layout of the report page.

### Steps to Reproduce

The issue was tested on an Apple iPad (6th generation) with a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels.

1. Select a personality that has an assertion.
2. Access the text via the “see full text” option.
3. Select any sentence to start a fact-check.
4. Begin the fact-check process.
5. Enter text in the form fields.
6. Submit for publication or review.
7. Check if the icon layout has been modified, observing if their arrangement has changed.

Suggestion:
1. Implement Layout Lock During Submission Process
2. Test and Validate Across Different Devices and Resolutions
3. Implement Frontend Validation for Form Inputs Before Submission

### Expected Behavior

The expected behavior is that there should be no changes to components or layout when submitting or editing text, before, during, or after submission, in both mobile and tablet versions.
