### Description
When running ```makim pipeline.refresh-alertas --env alertadengueanalise --week 202617 --load```, the pipeline completes successfully, loads the generated .RData outputs, writes both SQL files (main/sql/output_dengue.sql and main/sql/output_chik.sql), skips zika as expected, saves the BR .RData, and finishes with DONE; however, the generated data does not appear to be loaded into the database.
