[BUG?] Figure out why transpose is needed in the main.R script

In [this](https://github.com/AlertaDengue/ADAnalise-container/blob/main/main.R#L146) line, i had to add a `t()` function (transpose the dataframe) to make it work, but it's not transposed in the original script, so maybe it may or may not be a bug
