Pipeline tool sucks

Currently we have to manually select folders for each asset type, a single input folder would be ideal and the tool selects the type automatically. In the worst case a way to select a root folder and automatically setup everything else would be a good temporary fix. Most people will keep stuff organized in folders per asset type anyway.

The problem here is we want control on what to monitor and import, but we could solve that per asset type (automatically inferred from file) not per path.
