Support scroll-behavior: smooth with scrollToBottom

## description
- When I added the 'scroll-behavior: smooth;' property to the scrolling container, it conflicted with the 'requestAnimationFrame' in the 'scrollToBottom' function, causing it to fail to scroll correctly to the bottom.
