Example Using Variable Size Mode and Page Mode

Hi

I'm currently trying to implement the virtual scroller in my app which has a header/footer and uses Vuetify components, and I'm having an impossible time.

I was hoping it would be possible to see an example of variable size mode and page mode working together. Some issues I'm running into include

1. List items overflowing on top of the footer
2. Scrolling being slow to paint new items to the DOM (which might just be because I'm using Vuetify)
3. Spacing issues between list items (but no padding, min-height, margin values that are causing this?)
