Is this project still active?

Sorry to open yet another issue. I'm sure the core team has been super busy with the upcoming Vue 3.0 release. But I was wondering if this project is still active or if it has been abandoned in favor of some other available alternative?

The reasons I am asking are:
1. The last commit to any branch was 6 months ago
2. Module has been tagged as "1.0.0-rc2" for almost a year now (Feb 2019)
3. A lot of the dependencies re out of date (even the automatic GitHub security PRs haven't been merged)

There is an alternate virtual scroller package (https://www.npmjs.com/package/vue-virtual-scroll-list) but it's not quite as elegant of a solution as this one and its documentation is really lacking.

I'm willing to help move either one forward (either by updated the docs on the one I linked or helping update this one to get it to an official v1.0) but would like to make sure my efforts are put toward the right project. I'm betting there are a number of others on here are would also be willing to pitch in if we knew that PRs would get reviewed and merged.
