Errors on pages that have element id == "Vue"

On pages that have an element with id "Vue", the plugin will error due to it's checking window.Vue and attempting to call Vue.use().

i.e. on https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/jquery/navigation/footer/, a browser extension that makes use of vue-observe-visibility will break.

If it can be patched that'd be awesome. Thanks!
