Tooltip (and probably other modules) triggers on Iphone Safari doesn't trigger properly

I've been testing some stuf on safari devices and trigering a tooltip only shows it for a couple ms, you need to stay pressed to see it (and it like stays for the time you pressed, it's so weird).

I suspect it's could be some kind of Apple ergonomy shitty choices to disable focus but I don't have any more clues.

Any idea to make them work properly there?
