Restart game button

Description:
Currently, when the player loses the game, it automatically restarts after a timer countdown without requiring user input. This can be frustrating for players who may want to take a moment before retrying.

Proposed Solution:
Remove the auto-restart timer.
Add a Restart Button after a game-over, allowing the player to manually restart the game when they choose.
Ensure the button is clearly visible and provides a smooth user experience.

Why This Improvement?

Gives players control over when they want to restart.
Improves user experience by reducing frustration.
Follows standard game design conventions where manual restart is preferred.
