Description
## Motivation
As of now, the website lacks key frontend elements like a favicon, an animated hero section, and a structured About section with author details. These features not only improve the user experience but also highlight the project better—especially for first-time visitors, contributors, and GSSoC reviewers.
## Key Goals:
Make the project more visually appealing
Improve project discoverability
Ensure responsiveness across devices
Clearly showcase author/game details
Add a light touch of branding and animation
## Why This Matters:
Improves first impression for users and judges
Boosts credibility of the project during evaluations
Makes it easier to promote/share on LinkedIn, Dev.to, etc.
Helps non-dev contributors (designers, documenters) feel welcome.
## Features I Will Add:
✅ Responsive Navbar
Smooth scroll to sections
Collapses neatly on smaller screens
Links to: Home, About, Play Now, GitHub
✅ Animated Hero Section
Catchy heading like “Play the Classic Pong Game Now!”
CTA button → Scrolls to Game Section
Subtle animations for text and background
Modern, responsive layout using Flexbox/Grid
✅ About Section (Simplified)
Includes:
Description of the Pong Game 🎮
Author introduction (with image and bio) 🙋♂️
Tech stack badges or icons (HTML, CSS, JS)
Clean, centered layout with mobile responsiveness
✅ Footer
GitHub repo link
GSSoC’25 logo or mention
Copyright
✅ Favicon
Custom Pong ball or paddle icon as favicon
Gives the site a branded touch
