Add Templates for PR and Issues

As this project continues to grow and attract more contributors, I’d like to propose adding issue and pull request templates. Having these in place will streamline collaboration, improve issue tracking, and make it easier for contributors to communicate effectively. This not only ensures smoother project maintenance but also enhances the overall contributor experience.

I’d suggest adding the following templates:

Bug Report Template – to standardize and speed up bug identification.

Feature Request Template – to capture new ideas in a structured way.

Pull Request Template – to ensure clear, consistent, and high-quality PR submissions.

Custom Issue Template – to cover other cases and provide flexibility.

These templates will help the project scale more efficiently while making contributions more meaningful and impactful. 🚀
